Meet the people behind Evolve
Before Evolve, Chris was Global Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Logic Information Systems where he led significant year over year growth under his leadership. Chris brings a deep commitment to client success to every challenge.
Chris holds a BS from St. Cloud State University and lives in Eagan where he enjoys coaching his two high school sons in baseball and hockey.
Prior to joining the founding team at Evolve, Jenell was the Director of Operations for Logic from 2008 until 2015. While at Logic, she set up operations for large technology programs in offices around the globe. Before Logic, Jenell was a consultant with Chrysler Financial.
Jenell holds a BA from Hamline University and completed the High Potential Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. When she’s not at work, Jenell enjoys golf, water skiing and spending time with her family including two daughters, one in elementary and the other in middle school.
Adil’s goal is to do nothing less than help revolutionize retail, starting from the ground up. Before Evolve, Adil worked at Oracle where he doubled the consulting revenue on the programs he managed by providing excellent value and results for customers.
Adil grew up in Cape Town, South Africa and holds a Bachelor of Information systems from Peninsula Technikon. Today he lives in St. Louis Park, Minnesota with his wife and two daughters and enjoys competitive squash and beach volleyball.
Jerome has lead large and complex transformation programs in North America, Europe and Asia. He has over 16 years of retail-focused consulting experience implementing and integrating systems in merchandising, planning and optimization, point-of-service and business intelligence.
Jerome’s previous experience includes work at Logic Information Systems, Retek, JDA, and Quantum Retail as well as Accenture.
As the Senior VP of Inventory Management at a multi-channel apparel and accessories retailer, Deanna re-engineered the roles, responsibilities and end-to-end processes of the planning organization. This included designing and delivering a best-of-breed planning system that encompassed assortment planning, item planning and merchandise financial planning capabilities.
Deanna has been married for 20 years and is a “Mom” to two 200 lb. dogs.
Whatever Jason works on, he is fueled by finding new ways to help clients utilize groundbreaking technologies. He takes great pride managing in worry-free implementations.
Jason holds a BA in Management Information Systems from Loyola College in Maryland. He has lived in Saint Paul for well over a decade with his wife and two kids where he enjoys cycling and distance running.
Jeff previously lead the delivery of a Mobile Loyalty Application and various customer-experience improvements to finishline.com, and most recently worked on a project for Macy’s Omnichannel fulfillment.
Jeff has also worked in executive roles at the following retailers: Finish Line, Belk Inc., Restoration Hardware, Stage Stores, Ann Taylor and Walden Book Company. He has lead multi-year initiatives involving Forecasting, Planning, Merchandising, Omni-channel Commerce, Customer Centricity, and Supply Chain. He also has vast experience in IT transformation including implementations of solutions in Merchandising, Store Systems, and Supply Chain Execution.
